Wow, what a Christmas it’s been here at Arscott Farm! We’re so thrilled to share that this festive season brought more visitors than ever before,
Hello everyone! We want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your incredible support that made 2023 our best year yet at Arscott Farm. Now, let’s talk about what’s blooming next for us in 2024!
First off, we’re happy to announce the addition of a brand new road right here on the farm. Stretching nearly 2km in length, this road will significantly improve accessibility around our farm, making it easier for you to navigate and fully enjoy all the wonders we have in store.
Building upon the tremendous success of our pick-your-own strawberry experience, this year promises to be even more delightful. We’re implementing staggered cropping, ensuring a continuous supply of strawberries from the beginning of May throughout the entire summer. Keep an eye out for our unique white strawberries – not only do they look stunning, but they taste fantastic besides.
But that’s not all! We’re expanding our fields to include three acres of vibrant sunflowers. Visitors will have the opportunity to stroll along a scenic trail winding through the sunflower fields, providing a picturesque backdrop for unforgettable moments. At the end of the season, these sunflowers will be harvested and their seeds sold to contribute to bird feed, promoting the health of our land and the environment.
Of course, our beloved picnic area will be open once again, inviting you to relax and indulge in a variety of delicious treats. From ice creams and donuts to slushies and waffles, there’s something to satisfy every craving. And don’t forget about our fresh pizza, a farm-favourite that’s sure to please.
